Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, Lilly & Co will contact you by email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Lilly & Co offers free shipping on orders over $30. For customers who prefer a more environmentally friendly shipping option, we may offer carbon-neutral shipping for an additional fee.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Lilly & Co is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional fees applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages Lilly & Co is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping We ship to addresses outside of the United States. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Order Cancellation & Changes If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel or change an order if it has not yet been shipped.
